Towing Service – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the price has been agreed and a driver has been dispatched.
2. Non-Refundable Payment
Once a driver has been dispatched, all payments are non-refundable, even if the customer cancels the service, changes their mind, or is no longer able to use the service.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location details when booking. Additional charges may apply if incorrect information results in delays or requires a different recovery vehicle.
4. Waiting Time
If the driver is required to wait beyond the agreed collection time, additional waiting charges may apply.
5. Service Delays
While we aim to arrive within the estimated time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our towing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
